PixelatedTextReveal
Text appears or changes by animating individual pixels or blocks, creating a retro, digital glitch effect, often with a slight delay or wave across characters.

Implement a custom text component that renders each character as a grid of small squares. Animate the opacity or scale of these squares using `sequence` and `spring` with a staggered delay per character or line. A `noise` function can add subtle randomness.
