Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Animatiq (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you do not have permission to use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and the information you provide must be accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Generation and rendering in Animatiq use credits. Subscriptions and billing are managed through your Animatiq account.

Credits are consumed when you generate a storyboard, scene, or render a video. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You retain ownership of content you upload and of the videos, storyboards, and code Animatiq generates from your prompts and materials.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring the material you provide (product URLs, brand assets, footage) complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

You may not use Animatiq to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

You may not use automated means to access the Service outside of its intended interfaces, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

The Service itself — its code, design, and features, excluding your content — remains the property of Animatiq and its licensors.

Motion Catalog components ship as real, typed source you can copy into your own projects; the Service and its non-catalog features are not licensed for redistribution or resale.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that AI-generated storyboards, code, or video output will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Animatiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
