Captions
Word-level caption styles that sync to a transcript — kinetic slams, karaoke pills, glitch and neon treatments, and editorial emphasis. Real Remotion source with typed props.
Captions carry most short-form video, and the styling is where the personality lives. Each of these takes word timings as `{ text, start, end }`, so you can feed a transcript or a Whisper output straight in and the animation follows the voice rather than a guessed cadence.
Reach for a caption component when the words are the subject — talking-head cutdowns, social edits, anything watched with the sound off. If the words are a label over other motion, a component from Lower thirds is usually the better fit.

One sentence written across a world far larger than the frame. Each word is sized against everything already written, so the block grows geometrically and the camera pulls back at a steady rate to keep landing the new word at the same size. Old words stay lit and simply become small.
